26th April, 2016 – Fastway Couriers have been awarded Franchise Company of the year (Service) at the Irish Franchise Awards. This is the 2nd major award that Fastway has won this year having been awarded Irish Courier Company of the Year at the 2016 Irish Logistics & Transport Awards in early April.
Fastway Couriers achieved business growth of over 20 per cent last year and is now benefiting directly from the rapid rise of online shopping, counting many of the leading online e-commerce businesses such as Littlewoods Ireland, ASOS, MissGuided, Oxendales, Boohoo.com, Zara, PrettyLittleThing.com, EBay and Amazon, among its customers.
Fastway’s proven business model of franchising plays a major part in having Ireland’s leading service and continuously delivering standards of over 99% for their clients.
Fastway have over 450 vehicles operating nationwide across 9 Regions with 17 depots, including 3 international sorting hubs, and over 250 courier franchisees servicing the country.
Through their own disruptive Start-Up Company, Parcel Connect, Fastway have exclusive access to over 1,000 PUDO (Pick Up and Drop Off) locations across Ireland. In many cases, for clients such as Littlewoods Ireland, ASOS and boohoo.com, returns are free through Parcel Connect and offer customers the ability to returns their parcel easily at times that suit their lifestyle.
